Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Any entry not complying with the terms and conditions set out below is invalid.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences 21/11/2025 and closes at midnight on 08/12/2025.
  3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that is late, lost, stolen, or damaged.
  4. Prize winners will be notified via the email address supplied on their website application and advised of the specific time allocated for their photoshoot.
  5. The photoshoot will take place outside the entrance to Hoyt’s/Berkeley Cinema on Sunday 14 December. Owners must bring their dogs to the shoot at the time specified by the promoter. No rescheduling or late arrivals will be accommodated.
  6. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.a. Thirty dogs receiving the highest public votes will be selected for a mini photoshoot with Dog & Co. Each mini photoshoot includes digital portraits and is valued at $100.b. Ten prizes of a $50 Mission Bay, The Promenade voucher will be awarded to ten lucky voters.

    Only notified winners who have confirmed their acceptance of the prize will be eligible – walk-ins are not permitted. If a prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be provided.

  7. There is a limit to one dog per entry. Each dog can only be entered once in the competition.
  8. Winners will be announced within one week of the photoshoot date and will be contacted via email.
  9. To Enter: During the Promotion Period, entrants must:a. Follow Mission Bay, The Promenade’s official Instagram account @missionbayprom or Facebook account @missionbay.b. Upload the required information and a photograph of their dog via the official Mission Bay, The Promenade website and entry form.

    c. Submit a valid entry to automatically receive one entry into the Promotion.

  10. Voting: The public may vote for their favourite dogs from November 24 to December 8, 2025. Voters may vote for as many dogs as they like but may only vote once per dog.
  11. Judging: Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, public voting, and alignment with the contest theme. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is Drive Holdings Limited in conjunction with Mission Bay, The Promenade.
  12. By entering the competition, participants agree that the promoter may use their submitted dog images for promotional and marketing purposes.
  13. All entrants agree to receive future promotional material from the promoter.
  14. Personal information is collected and stored by the promoter and may be used for further direct marketing initiatives. Entrants may contact the promoter to update or correct their personal information.
  15. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition through social media channels. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Facebook or Instagram. Each entrant fully releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability.
  16. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
